Movimento per la Rinascita Comunista e Resistenza Popolare, impegnati nella costruzione, in Italia, del Partito Comunista di Unità Popolare, condannano fermamente l’ennesimo tentativo reazionario di mettere al bando il Partito Comunista Polacco (KPP). Si tratta di un tentativo condotto con gli strumenti tipici del lawfare, l’utilizzo strumentale del potere giudiziario, che si fa strada in Europa come in America Latina e in tante parti del mondo, e si concretizza nella richiesta, presentata alla Corte Costituzionale il 14 novembre 2025, di dichiarare incostituzionale il KPP.

Si tratta, al tempo stesso, di una grave lesione democratica, di una violazione dei più fondamentali elementi di diritto e di giustizia, resa ancora più grave per il fatto che si inserisce in un tempo e in un luogo, l’Europa di oggi, in cui si mettono al bando i simboli e le parole del comunismo, si attacca la memoria storica e politica del movimento operaio e democratico, si porta avanti una grottesca falsificazione della storia, ad esempio sminuendo il ruolo, in realtà decisivo e determinante, dell’Unione Sovietica e della Resistenza partigiana nella liberazione dell’Europa dalla tirannide fascista e nazista, si diffonde il revisionismo storico e si propagano false narrazioni sul movimento comunista, e si giunge addirittura a equiparare oppressori e liberatori, il fascismo e il comunismo.

Questa offensiva ideologica non è causale, mostra il vero volto della UE ed è direttamente correlata alla politica aggressiva della NATO e dell’UE stessa, al loro programma di guerra contro la Russia e al più ampio confronto con la Repubblica Popolare Cinese. La propaganda di guerra, la falsificazione della storia e un militarismo senza precedenti alimentano un anticomunismo viscerale e aggressivo, diretto contro quelle forze – i comunisti – che più coerentemente e più fermamente lottano per la pace, la giustizia sociale, la dignità e la libertà dei popoli, per la democrazia, per il socialismo.

Sosteniamo senza indugio il Partito Comunista Polacco e tutti i movimenti comunisti sempre più sotto attacco nella “democratica” Europa, e ribadiamo con ancora più forza, no UE, no Euro, no Nato!

Solidarity with the Polish communists!

Movement for the Communist Rebirth and Popolar Resistance committed to building the Communist Party of Popular Unity in Italy, strongly condemns the most recent reactionary attempt to ban the Polish Communist Party (KPP). This attempt, conducted using the typical tools of lawfare – the instrumental use of judicial power – is gaining ground in Europe, Latin America, and many other parts of the world. This attempt culminates in the request, presented to the Constitutional Court on November 14, 2025, to declare the KPP unconstitutional.

This is a grave democratic violation, a breach of the most fundamental principles of law and justice, made even more serious by the fact that it occurs in a time and space, the contemporary Europe, where the symbols and words of communism are banned, the historical and political memory of the workers’ and democratic movements is attacked, a grotesque falsification of history is being carried out, for example by downplaying the actually decisive and irreplaceable role of the Soviet Union and the Partisan Resistance in the liberation of Europe from Fascist and Nazi tyranny, historical revisionism is spreading, false narratives about the communist movement are being propagated, and even oppressors and liberators, fascism and communism, are being equated.

This ideological offensive is not accidental; it exposes the true face of the EU and is directly related to the aggressive policies of NATO and EU itself, their war agenda against Russia, and the broader confrontation with the People’s Republic of China. War propaganda, history falsification, and unprecedented militarism fuel a visceral and aggressive anti-communism, directed against those forces, the communists, who most consistently and resolutely fight for peace, social justice, the dignity and freedom of peoples, for democracy, for socialism.

We unhesitatingly support the Polish Communist Party and all communist movements increasingly under attack in the so-called “democratic” Europe, and we reiterate even more forcefully: no EU, no Euro, no NATO!
